Role Based

The security model is aligned to the role of the person using ServiceQUIK and access privileges are applied. All transactions are logged and can be audited at any time. Identity & Access Management provides optional multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, social logins, brokering, and security policies.

GDPR Compliant

Located in data centers across all continents, client data is only ever stored locally to that region to ensure GDPR and similar data privacy and compliance regulations are always met.

Data Encryption & Privacy

All client data is encrypted when stored and can only be viewed by logging in as that client. Our fraud detection in SAI alerts if unusual behavior is occurring. No client data is stored on local computers.

Cyber Security Protection

ServiceQUIK has partnered with the world's leader in Internet security - Palo Alto Networks. We have integrated their Prisma suite of products into our application platform to deflect all threats from the internet, detect suspicious activity and leverage their advanced artificial intelligence to identify any fraudulent behaviors. Alerts are automatically sent to our Security Operations Centre for immediate remediation and new or emerging threats are automatically resolved through real-time updates.

Password Policies & MFA

Policies are set by the administrator and can choose to accept the SQ default or adapt to suit the business with varying password strengths, lengths, expiry, and MFA. Choose to use multi-factor authentication with SMS to mobile phones, PUSH if using the ServiceQUIK mobile app or an Authenticator app for additional security to the standard user id and password. It is mandatory for all administrator logins to use MFA to reduce the risk of rogue actors gaining access to client instances.
