Make check-ins simple and fast. The TouchLess KIOSK recognizes your clients from their profile and voice and asks if they would like to check-in to their appointment or class.

Clients can view future classes and spots available and easily sign up for a new class or multiple classes that are available.

Health Check

Ensure your team stays healthy and reduce risk of business liability, by our TouchLess KIOSK automatically checking the wellness of staff and/or clients prior to starting a shift, or checking in for a class or appointment, by asking a couple of questions to determine if they have worrying symptoms.

Communications

Provide employee updates and information at the KIOSK when they check-in or out from their shifts.

Time & Attendance

Touchless Timekeeping allows staff to clock-in and clock-out in mere seconds. By standing in front of the KIOSK, it will confirm it has recognized the staff member by comparing against the staff profile photo and ask what they wish to do. By speaking their name and request such as "clock-in" the KIOSK will compare their face with their voice stamp and complete the request. Safe, accurate, and with no physical interaction.

Benefits & Reporting

No more time spent checking timesheets. KIOSK synchronized with staff rosters and designated breaks and calculates or confirms payroll data, only alerting when a pre-set variance has been exceeded. Apart from saving a huge amount of time and improving compliance and reducing fraud it keeps teams safe.

Report on attendance, weekly monthly and yearly. Create exception reports and be notified pf alerts. In PRO, let SAI analyse and provide insights and have Payroll data automatically calculated.
